Crazy man attacking cars with a knife in Britain

The mentally disturbed young man carrying a large knife to break down many of the cars also threatened the lives of its drivers amid a petrol station in the town of "Ilesorth" near "Manchester" in "Britain".
The story began when this dysfunctional man  break into a car woman and grab the key to her car, but the woman resisted bravely, so he attacked parked cars fuel station randomly with a knife.
